Integrity Homes proudly joins the Challenge Wanaka family as title sponsor of the 2020 event

CHALLENGEWANAKA is proud to announce their partnership with Wanaka’s premium architectural design and build company Integrity Homes. The company with a reputation for superior quality and personal service will come onboard
as title sponsor of the 2020 event, which will be especially significant milestone for the event,
as it has been given the honour of being the third CHALLENGEFAMILY Asia Pacific Championships
as part of the 14th CHALLENGEWANAKA event.

CHALLENGEWANAKA has organised events in Wanaka for 14 years now, including what is
widely regarded as the World’s most scenic triathlon. Their focus towards our younger
generation athletes, through the secondary schools and junior events promotes and
encourages emerging talent. Challenge events are not only a fantastic way to put Wanaka on
the world’s stage; they also provide significant benefits to the local community. As a not-forprofit
organisation, the CHALLENGEWANAKA Sports Trust makes financial contributions to
numerous local beneficiaries, including local charities and schools. The CHALLENGEWANAKA
family are a passionate and energetic team, and we’re proud to support their tremendous

sponsor in such an exciting time for the event. Not only will the Integrity Homes CHALLENGEWANAKA Asia Pacific Championships bring some exciting athletes and fantastic new prizes to
the event, we will also be hosting the New Zealand Secondary School Nationals on Sunday
16th February. This event will see the best of our young triathlon talent compete here in
Wanaka and showcase what a fantastic venue we are for sport and tourism. We look forward
to working with the Integrity Homes team to develop the event and bring some great

The CHALLENGEWANAKA Sports Trust is owned by the community and prides itself in being an
active part of the local whanau. The partnership with Integrity Homes, this innovative Central
Otago business, only strengthens the trust’s work supporting local companies and
contractors.

Integrity Homes CHALLENGEWANAKA donates to multiple local charities including, Te Kākano,
Aspiring Rotary Club, the local schools, Coast Guard and the Wanaka Yacht Club. Plus, as part
of the 2020 Asia Pacific Championships has commissioned a local carver to create pounamu
pendants/medals for the Age Group winners of which there will be 115. The team are very
honoured to be able to give such a special and significant medal, as well as work with a local
carver.

Integrity Homes CHALLENGEWANAKA is also proud to announce it has been shortlisted by the
Ignite Wanaka Business Awards judges to the People’s Choice category, supported by the
Wanaka App and Mitre 10 Wanaka, for the work it does within the local community. Voting
is open to the public via the Wanaka App.
