Refund Policy / 환불규정
- A 0% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5 pm on Jan. 31, 2025.
- A 30% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5 pm on Feb. 28, 2025.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5 pm Mar. 31, 2025.
- A 80% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5 pm Apr. 30, 2025.
- 2025년 01월 31일 오후 5시까지 취소시 100% 환불
- 2025년 02월 28일 오후 5시까지 취소시 70% 환불
- 2025년 03월 31일 오후 5시까지 취소시 50% 환불
- 2025년 04월 30일 오후 5시까지 취소시 20% 환불
- No refunds will be offered after 5 pm on 30 Apr. 2025.
- Active.com fee is not refundable.
- No medical certificate is required for a refund.
- Requests for transfers to the next year won’t be accepted.
- Transfer to another athlete won’t be accepted after 30 April 2024.
- 2025년 04월 30일 오후 5시이후 취소시 환불불가
- 엑티브사의 수수료는 환불불가입니다.
- 환불시 병원진단서 제출하지 않으셔도 됩니다.
- 내년대회로의 이월은 불가능합니다.
- 다른 참가자에게 양도는 2024년 04월 30일까지 가능합니다.
