Refund Policy / 환불규정
- A 0% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5 pm on March 31, 2026.
- A 30% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5 pm on April 30, 2026.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5 pm May 31, 2026.
- A 80% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5 pm June 15, 2026.
- 2026년 03월 31일 오후 5시까지 취소시 100% 환불
- 2026년 04월 30일 오후 5시까지 취소시 70% 환불
- 2026년 05월 31일 오후 5시까지 취소시 50% 환불
- 2026년 06월 15일 오후 5시까지 취소시 20% 환불
- No refunds will be offered after 5 pm on June 15, 2026.
- Active.com fee is not refundable.
- No medical certificate is required for a refund.
- Requests for transfers to the next year won’t be accepted.
- Transfer to another athlete won’t be accepted after May 31, 2026.
