Challenge Lisboa starts with one swim lap of 1,9 kilometers in the beautiful Rossio dos Olivais, next to the famous Lisbon Oceanarium, in calm ocean waters.
Bike
4 laps of 22,5 km
The four lap bike course takes the athletes out of Parque das Nações and into the IC22 freeway, which will be completely closed to traffic. With ample space for everyone and the Tagus river as a backdrop, this is a mostly flat course, with just a 1km climb (6% incline) before the turn around point at the middle of each lap.

4 laps 5,2 km
The our lap out and back course will take you around the water front. There will be two aid stations at each lap, located at 2km and 4km. A total of eight aid stations on the 21,1 km.
