It’s all about family! Without the support of home, it is not possible to perform at the very highest level. Good news in that regard for Sam Long and Lara Gruden, as they share wonderful news: they are expecting a little baby and thus will soon have a new supporter.
“A new adventure begins with our addition of two little feet to our family. What a beautiful blessing.” Of course we wish them only happiness and health: enjoy this wonderful period together!
Sam Long had a spectacular season with some amazing results in 2022. Among others, he won Challenge Puerto Varas, finished second at Challenge Kaiserwinkl-Walchsee and sixth at Challenge Roth.
