Do you have passion for Endurance sports and Triathlon? Are you service orientated and do
you have computer skills? We are looking for someone to make sure that all
CHALLENGEFAMILY Customers are answered fast and accurate. Your job will consist of
answering all kind of incoming questions from athletes ánd race directors, keeping
information on websites up-to-date, maintaining the central registration system, and be in
charge of logistical planning of branding kits, expo’s and organizing meetings & events.
Key Responsibilities
● CHALLENGEFAMILY Customer Care (info mail, phone)
● CHALLENGEFAMILY Race Director technical Customer Care (support mail)
● Athlete registration management
● Website content Management
● Planning & coordination for on site merchandise sales
● Planning & coordination of logistics for Branding Kit on events
● Planning & coordination of Race Director Meeting (including travels, catering,
accommodation)
● Planning & coordination of CHALLENGEFAMILY presence at consumer expos
● Coordination of several special projects within CHALLENGEFAMILY
Key skills required
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● A passion for sports/triathlon
● Ability to multi-task and to work in (project) teams
● Strong Collaborating skills
● Self-starter, strong self-initiative
● Personable, approachable and easy to get along with
● Knowledge of WordPress CMS
● Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office skills
● Excellent English skills
● German skills (plus)
