CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN 2020: We choose spirit
Dear Athletes,
“We are Triathlon” is the chosen motto of CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN 2020. BESTZEIT has been providing the best possible event organisation in St. Pölten for the last 13 years. For us, triathlon means more than just sport and above all, more than just business. For us, triathlon stands for “spirit”. That’s just one of the reasons why we switched from Ironman to CHALLENGEFAMILY this year. “We are Family” and we want to continue in this direction.
The World Triathlon Corporation, the subsidiary of the Chinese Wanda Group, has recently announced an IRONMAN 70.3 in Graz: This is scheduled to take place on exactly the same day as CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN 2020. For many of you, this won’t make your race plans for next year any easier.
As event organizer, we would like to take this opportunity to name just a few of the reasons why you can play it safe in choosing CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN:
• We have a well established background and proven infrastructure of around 1,800 volunteers, who have helped make St. Pölten become one of the best rated triathlon events on the international circuit
• We have a race course that encircles the World Heritage Site of ‘Wachau’ and downtown of one of the oldest cities in Austria
• Our spirit focuses on diversity rather than a “mono-label” and cultural encounters rather than business!

CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN 2020: Entscheidung für den Spirit
Liebe Athletinnen und Athleten,
„We are Triathlon“ ist das erklärte Motto der CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN 2020. Für die perfekte Organisation am Austragungsort St. Pölten sorgt seit 13 Jahren BESTZEIT als Veranstalter. Triathlon bedeutet für uns mehr als Sport und vor allem mehr als Business. Triathlon steht bei uns für „Spirit“. Das war auch ein Grund, warum wir dieses Jahr von IRONMAN zu CHALLENGEFAMILY gewechselt haben.
„We are Family“ – diesen Weg wollen wir weiterhin beschreiten. Nun hat die World Triathlon Corporation als Tochter der chinesischen Wanda Group einen IRONMAN 70.3 in Graz angekündigt: Für jenen Tag, an dem bereits die CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN fix im Kalender steht. Für viele von Euch macht das die Terminplanung nicht eben leichter.
Als Veranstalter möchten wir noch einmal bekräftigen, dass Ihr mit Eurer Entscheidung für die CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN auf der sicheren Seite steht:
- Mit der bewährten Infrastruktur von rund 1.800 freiwilligen HelferInnen im Hintergrund, mit der wir am Austragungsort St. Pölten eine der bestbewerteten Triathlon-Veranstaltungen international aufgebaut haben.
- Mit einer Streckenführung, die das Weltkulturerbe der Wachau und die City einer der ältesten Städte Österreichs einschließt.
