Challenge Moscow 2022 Entries Open

The opportunity to race in one of the world’s most iconic cities just got closer with Challenge Moscow 2022 entries open now.  With a fast course on the wide roads of the Sadovae Koltso and Kremlin Embankment that includes sights such as the Kremlin Towers, Gorky Park and the Red Square, plus swimming in an Olympic venue and transition in Novodevichy Ponds Park, this promises to be a middle distance race to remember.

This inaugural race on 26 June 2022 is supported by the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation and the City of Moscow Department of Physical Culture and Sports as well as being a priority event for Business Russia.  Challenge Moscow forms part of a series of world-class events hosted in the capital city and the city is committed to ensuring a spectacular experience for all athletes.

Athletes can choose from middle distance (1.9/90/21) or super sprint races (350m/17/5.2) and Sarissa de Vries, ITU 2021 World Triathlon Long Distance Championship winner, and Rudi Wild, multiple long course champion have both committed to race Challenge Moscow.

An added bonus is athletes who are signed up to the race’s Challenge Drive app (www.challengedrive.ru) will receive the number of points equal to the cost of their entry. These points can then be spent at the event expo and athletes will also receive the full access to all up-to-date event information.
