At The Championship, you race against the best athletes in your age group. They come from all over the world. This makes the battle unforgettable beforehand. If you take part at The Championship, you’re simply one of a kind!

The Championship takes place in and around the unique x-bionic sphere. This complex is much more than just a luxury hotel. Here you have everything you need as an athlete: training facilities such as an athletics track, gym and swimming pool, several high quality restaurants, luxury rooms and you are always just a few hundred meters from the start and finish line. Racing is as relaxed as possible. Besides that there is plenty to do for family and friends: while you’re training, they can enjoy themselves multiple ways.

Almost all athletes use the x-bionic sphere as a hotel to stay during The Championship. Not only Age Groupers, but also the best pros in the world. Every day you will meet your heroes like Lucy Charles, Sebastian Kienle, Lionel Sanders, Frederic Funk, Lucy Hall and many others during breakfast, lunch or dinner. After the race there is an after party and it is unforgettable every year.

The Championship course lends itself to lightning fast times. There are almost no altimeters and so the pace will be high. It provides not only a nice battle between the athletes, but also a hunt for personal records.

Samorin is a stone’s throw from Bratislava. This metropolis is highly recommended to visit; there is more than enough to do in Bratislava. For example, go to the central square with its almost endless amount of restaurants and bars, visit the Primate’s Palace or the changing of the guard at the Prezidentsky Palace. Bratislava is a city you can even discover perfectly by bike! Also Wenen is very close to visit.

The Championship is the flagship event of Challenge Family. Here it’s all about the athlete. For you as an athlete, it’s time to shine. If you win, you will make yourself immortal, at least temporarily. If you don’t win, you still have an experience no one will take away from you!
