    About the Race<\/h4>\n

    <\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    For professional athletes, The Championship carries a professional prize purse of 100k euros. A unique professional qualifying system will firstly see professional athletes able to qualify for The Championship via Challenge Family events worldwide.<\/p>\n

    Age group athletes will have the opportunity to qualify with a top-six age group finish at any Challenge Family event worldwide during the qualification period. Top six teams in the male, female and mixed categories in relay events will qualify for The Championship at Challenge Family events.<\/p>\n

    Slots will roll down in each age group and relay category up to 12th place. There won\u2019t be a roll down system for professional athletes.<\/p>\n

    About the Course<\/h4>\n

    The 1.9km swim is in the Danube Canal with its clear, fresh water rand great spectator vantage points, running adjacent to the x-bionic sphere resort.<\/p>\n

    The 90km ride is fast and flat on closed roads and is deceptively challenging, especially in the windy, exposed areas – be prepared to hold the aero position for the full 90km with no respite.<\/p>\n

    The 21km run is entirely within the x-bionic sphere resort and again, while flat, is tough with no less than four different surfaces under foot – grass, sand, tarmac and cobbles before finishing in the giant arena.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
