Challenge Istanbul, which will be held under the main sponsorship of Oral B in cooperation with the Turkiye Triathlon Federation and Challenge Family, will witness the competition of hundreds of local and foreign triathletes on September 1 and for the first time will be a qualifier for The Championship 2025.<\/p>\n
Challenge Istanbul, which was organised for the first time last year in cooperation with Challenge Family and the Turkiye Triathlon Federation and attracted great attention from the participants, will return on 1 September 2024 with the top three of each age group heading to the The Championship.<\/p>\n
The organisation, which is the world’s first and only intercontinental triathlon race, is organised under the main sponsorship of Oral B, the global brand of oral care products.<\/p>\n
Stating that a challenging course consisting of 2.3 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running awaits the triathletes, Turkiye Triathlon Federation President Bayram Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya said the following about the race, \u201cOnce again, this year the race will take place under the umbrella of Challenge Family, one of the world’s leading triathlon organisation brands. Triathlon is an important sport where three different disciplines come together and the athlete pushes his own limits. The bike stage of the Challenge Istanbul will take place on a course over the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge. The swim stage will be between Kanl\u0131ca – K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcksu and the run stage will be between K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcksu – \u00c7ubuklu.<\/p>\n
The organisation, which has attracted the attention of international triathlon authorities since the day it was organized, will also host the Europe Triathlon Cup Istanbul this year.<\/p>\n
