In your job you\u2019ll be responsible for global marketing &amp; communication channels. Next to that you\u2019re reporting on the results and advise on further development.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b><i>CHALLENGE<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FAMILY<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> online &amp; offline marketing\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Develop and manage timelines and schedules for marketing, media partnerships, advertising and social media in agreement with external Marketing &amp; Communications service provider\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Creation of an annual social media plan and overlooking and coordinating of all <\/span><b><i>CHALLENGE<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FAMILY<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Manage social media strategy and provide analysis on results<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tracking advertising campaigns, social media and outreach to measure success and recommend adjustments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Improve guidelines for <\/span><b><i>CHALLENGE<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FAMILY<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and Race Directors with on brand experience and use of social media<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Management of <\/span><b><i>CHALLENGE<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FAMILY<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Ambassadors<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Build Database through online channels and cross marketing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Support the Management on new race launches including development of CI<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Draft and edit communication copy (e.g. press releases, publications, social media posts)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Partner liaison \u2013 communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key skills required<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Experienced in social media marketing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Marketing background in study or work<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Knowledge of WordPress CMS<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Good planning skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A passion for sports\/triathlon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Creative<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ability to multi-task and to work in (project) teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Self-starter, strong self-initiative<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Personable, approachable and easy to get along with<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excellent English skills\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">German Pre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dutch Pre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Video editing Pre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Location of this job is the <\/span><b><i>CHALLENGE<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FAMILY<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> office in Almere, The Netherlands<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Interested?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Do you think that you are made for this job?
