\nannually across 23 host countries, CHALLENGE<\/strong>FAMILY <\/em>is the fastest growing mass
\nendurance triathlon brand in the world. CHALLENGE<\/strong>FAMILY<\/em> offers \u201cevents for everyone\u201d
\nwith a \u201cfestival character,\u201d so that everyone can share in the triathlon experience, from
\nprofessionals to age-groupers. CHALLENGE<\/strong>FAMILY<\/em> has offices in Germany (HQ in
\nAmberg), The Netherlands (Almere) and Taiwan.<\/p>\n

Do you have passion for Endurance sports and Triathlon? Are you service orientated and do
\nyou have computer skills? We are looking for someone to make sure that all
\nCHALLENGE<\/strong>FAMILY<\/em> Customers are answered fast and accurate. Your job will consist of
\nanswering all kind of incoming questions from athletes \u00e1nd race directors, keeping
\ninformation on websites up-to-date, maintaining the central registration system, and be in
\ncharge of logistical planning of branding kits, expo\u2019s and organizing meetings & events.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities
\n\u25cf CHALLENGE<\/strong>FAMILY<\/em> Customer Care (info mail, phone)
\n\u25cf CHALLENGE<\/strong>FAMILY<\/em> Race Director technical Customer Care (support mail)
\n\u25cf Athlete registration management
\n\u25cf Website content Management
\n\u25cf Planning & coordination for on site merchandise sales
\n\u25cf Planning & coordination of logistics for Branding Kit on events
\n\u25cf Planning & coordination of Race Director Meeting (including travels, catering,
\naccommodation)
\n\u25cf Planning & coordination of CHALLENGE<\/strong>FAMILY<\/em> presence at consumer expos
\n\u25cf Coordination of several special projects within CHALLENGE<\/strong>FAMILY<\/em>
\nKey skills required
\n\u25cf Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u25cf A passion for sports\/triathlon
\n\u25cf Ability to multi-task and to work in (project) teams
\n\u25cf Strong Collaborating skills
\n\u25cf Self-starter, strong self-initiative
\n\u25cf Personable, approachable and easy to get along with
\n\u25cf Knowledge of WordPress CMS
\n\u25cf Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office skills
\n\u25cf Excellent English skills
\n\u25cf German skills (plus)
\n\u25cf Dutch skills (plus)<\/p>\n
