Thanks to her second place at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>HEILBRONN<\/em>, Yvonne van Vlerken has managed to regain her lead in the Challenge Family World Bonus. The men’s top three remain unchanged with Dylan McNeice still in the lead. Sebastian Kienle is working his way up and thanks to his win at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>HEILBRONN<\/em> he has now moved up to fifth place in the men\u2019s rankings.<\/p>\n

It was Daniela S\u00e4mmler who took the win in the CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>HEILBRONN <\/em>women\u2019s race. She earned her first 250 points with this victory. Yvonne van Vlerken took second place and earned 200 points. After her win at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>GRANCANARIA <\/em>(250 points) and CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>RICCIONE <\/em>(250 points) and 75 points at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>ROMA, <\/em>van Vlerken now has 775 points in total. Gabriella Zelinka crossed the finishline in Heilbronn in third position and earned her first 150 points of the season with this result.<\/p>\n

In the women\u2019s rankings, van Vlerken has regained her lead thanks to her latest result and additional 200 points. With her 775 points in total, she is well ahead of the rest of the field. Lisa Roberts, who lost her first place to Van Vlerken, is currently in second place and wasn\u2019t at any Challenge Family race this weekend. She still holds 600 points in the Challenge Family World Bonus ranking. Katrien Verstuyft is in third place with 530 points. Similar to Roberts, Verstuyft chose not to race a Challenge event this weekend.<\/p>\n

Men’s top three remain unchanged<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last weekend saw no change in the men’s Challenge Family World Bonus ranking. The current top three, Dylan McNeice, Pablo Gonzales Dapena and Jaroslav Kovacic, didn’t race at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>HEILBRONN<\/em>. They are still in the lead with 1000 points for McNeice, 900 points for Dapena and 750 points for Kovacic.<\/p>\n

Sebastian Kienle took victory at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>HEILBRONN<\/em> and earned 250 points. After his second place at The Championship (300 points) he now has 550 points in total and lies fifth right behind Cameron Wurf who currently holds 650 points and is in fourth position.<\/p>\n

Andi B\u00f6cherer came second in Heilbronn and collected 200 points. His second place at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>GRANCANARIA<\/em> earlier in the season earned him 200 points and he is currently seventh place in the rankings with 400 points. Sven Riederer took third place at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>HEILBRONN<\/em> and now has 225 points in total and is currently 16th in the rankings.<\/p>\n

Upcoming<\/strong><\/p>\n

The next opportunity to earn points is at CHALLENGE<\/em><\/strong>ROTH<\/em> in Germany on the 1st July 2018. The $165k end-of-season bonus will pay five deep across both male and female with the top ranked Pro taking home $30k. Second place will carry a bonus of $20k, third, fourth and fifth positions will pay $15k, $12k and $5k accordingly. Ranking will be decided through a fair points system based on placings earned.
