REFUNDS
Depending on the period in which the cancellation is requested, the following percentage will be refunded:

CANCELLATION PERIOD
Before January 31: 75%
Before March 1: 50%
Before April 1: 25%

After April 1, no refunds will be made unless cancellation insurance has been contracted.

The refund dates are fixed and no changes will be accepted. We ask participants to refrain from contacting the organization after the non-refundable dates, as the organization is focused on the final phases of the triathlon.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
What is Cancellation Insurance? It is an insurance that is paid at the time of registration, giving the right to a 100% refund of the registration cost at any time on the established date, although requests for the month of the race will be processed after the event. We ask that you refrain from contacting the Organization the same month as the event. We will not respond to refund requests from 1st April until after the event because we are focused on other organizational aspects.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Send us an email to info@challengecanarias.com with your name, surname, ID and account number.
Refunds will be made once a week and preferably returned to the card you used for payment.
