accordance with the displayed in the Organic Law 15/1999 law, frorm the
december 13th, about the Personal Information Protection (LOPD), we
inform you that, by completing the Forms, your personal details will
pass to an automatic file, whose responsible is TEAMChallenge, in order to be able to provide you the request services connected
with Challenge-Maresme race.
According
to the effects of article 27 of LOPD, the user knows and accepts that
the follwing details and queries entered in the Forms (name, surname,
age, country and event) may be published in a list in the website
www.challenge-barcelona.es, that anybody will be able to consult.
We
only gather information that is strictly necessary for legitimate,
determined purposes and services of TEAMChallenge. The
information you submit to us will only be used for the described
purposes.
Except as
otherwise noted in these Terms, TEAMChallenge guarantees that
all submitted data will be treated in strict confidence. The server
where they will be lodged on holds the necessary security measures to
avoid access by unauthorised third parties.
In
compliance with the LOPD, we inform you that users can, at any time,
exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel, oppose or revoke
their consent for the submitting of their data, as established by the
